Dear Donna:

This letter is to ammend the original list of securities that you hold for
me under a trust agreement.  I was under the impression that I had written
you earlier concerning this matter but apparently this earlier letter is
not in your nor in my files.  In thinking about this matter, it seems to me
that it is actually more important for you as trustee to acknowledge that
you hold these securities than it is for me to put on record that you have 
them and so I have added an affidavit for you to sign.  Actually, I doubt
if there would ever be any trouble without all of this, but you might be called
to account for the way the trust had been handled so here is the document.

You, as Donna E. Hussain, trustee now hold for me, Bernice D. Samuel,trustor,
the following securities and only the following securities, wnder our mutual
agreement dated -

Kern County Water District Bonds (tax exempt) numbers -

Santa Barbera Municipal Bonds, (tax exempt) numbers -

Pasific Tel. and Tel. Bonds, numbers -

Since I do not seem to have a record of the numbers of these securities,
will you please fill in the numbers above on two copies of this letter,
initialling these additions, then sign the affidavit below before a
witness and return one copy to me for my files.  Your copy of the letter
should then by clipped to your copy of the trust agreement.
